KIT ON-GRID photovoltaic kits

K-OG

ON-GRID photovoltaic generation system with 330W photovoltaic panels for domestic use which results in energy savings in the electric bill. With FRONIUS PRIMO inverters from 3 to 8 KW for single-phase systems with dual MPPT, they can optionally be completed with a FRONIUS SMART METER that sends all the information to the monitoring system, so that it does NOT inject power into the power grid. 

The FRONIUS SYMO from 3 to 20 KW and FRONIUS ECO of 25 kW in a three-phase system with a connection through WLAN or Ethernet make a flexible and powerful system. 

In these Kit´s, the structure for fastening roof panels is optional, as is the monitoring of the FRONIUS SMART METER (bidirectional meter to record the energy consumption in your home). For more information consult with our engineering department.

RACK-LI

The RACK-LI is presented as a module in the rack format of lithium iron phosphate batteries of 100Ah and 48V, for energy storage in homes powered by solar or wind energy. 

High performance and long service life (> 3,000 cycles – 80% DOD and> 10,000 cycles with 30% discharge). Based on the safest technology of lithium ferro phosphate (LiFePO4), prepared to withstand the worst conditions and maintain its capacity over the years. 

These racks are equipped with BMS that includes communication RS485 and RS232 and protection against short circuits, overload, over-discharge and temperature.

The Energy Storage System SAE consists of batteries (LiFePO4) in a 19 “rack-mounted and connected in a standard cabinet for use with the inverters that we detail in the K-sae photovoltaic kits. 

Specially designed for OFF-GRID systems from domestic applications (low-voltage) to the highest demands of energy storage (high-voltage). 

These racks are equipped with BMS and communication systems based on RS485, and RS232. They incorporate a LED RUN for alarm.

Plasma Gasification In Waste To Energy

Plasma gasification in waste to energy is one of the novel applications that were introduced many years ago. Landfill sites and incineration continue to be the primary methods used to dispose of wastes with significant negative impacts on the environment. Landfill releases methane which is 21 times more dangerous as a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide. Incineration is often pushed as an alternative to landfilling. However, it is a known fact that incinerator ashes are contaminated with heavy metals, unburned chemicals and new chemicals formed during the burning process. 

These ashes are then buried in a landfill or dumped in the environment. Rather than making waste disappear, incinerators create more toxic waste that poses a significant threat to public health and the environment. Sustainable and successful treatment of municipal solid waste (MSW) should be safe, effective, and environmentally friendly.

The mobile plasma gasification unit is designed as a single Monoblock unit with equipment for loading waste, a plasma reactor and a chamber for plasma cracking of synthesis gas, removal, cooling and purification of generated synthesis gas, to which industrial plasma system with arc agitators (oscillators), steam generators, steam superheaters, and plasma torches are connected. 

The container has a fully welded metal framing design and is sheathed with mineral-cotton sandwich panels. This ensures the required durability and protection from external weather factors for the module which allows using the module outdoors without a special shelter. The container can be lifted and moved using a lifting gear by means of hooking the cross-beams. It is possible to create an automatically unloaded container. 

The product is supplied in an assembled condition; external utilities are to be assembled according to the design documents. All components of the unit are fitted with instrumentation and automation means and a distributed and unified information display system. 

Option for transporting the plasma gasification unit and/or option for a mobile plasma unit that is constantly transported and operated on a truck chassis:
1) Plasma unit on container trailers of a semitrailer tractor
2) Container of the plasma gasification unit with a hydraulic system for automatic loading/unloading from truck trailers
